The North Pensacola Pre-Qualifying Tournament was played at Cypress Lakes on March 25, 2023. There were divisions for boys and girls ages 10-18.
Age group winners must meet target scores and will then advance to the Optimist North Florida District Tournament, April 29, 2023, at Sunny Hills Golf Course, Chipley, Florida. Qualifiers there will advance to The Optimist International Junior Golf Championship Finals, in July, hosted by the Trump National Doral in Miami, Florida. The Optimist, recognized as perhaps the premier junior golf tournament of all, will attract over 600 junior golfers from nearly 30 countries.

Boys 10-11 Mathew DEROY (39 - 9 holes)
Girls 15-18 Gabby HULTSTRAND (81 - 18 holes)
Girls 13-14 Elizabeth PALMER (44 - 9 holes)
